This place was amazing. I had the mint chocolate Gelato and it's noticeably heavier than your typical ice cream. I'm absolutely going back. Service 10/10 Quality 10/10 Value 10/10 and Atmosphere 10/10 (inside) you wouldn't notice it unless you were looking for it because of the way the building faces the sidewalk but you should look for it cause it's incredible.

Me and my partner stopped here one evening and we were helped by the owner. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and we left there learning so much about the gelato they make in house! Best gelato in the city, and the service will have us return regularly!

What a sweet surprise! My teen and I visited The Ice Cream Social today and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly warm and welcoming staff member who made us feel right at home. We were immediately struck by the huge variety of flavours on display—there's truly something for everyone here. As we made our way to the far end of the counter, we noticed a section marked gelato. We admitted we weren’t too familiar with it, and the staff member kindly offered a thoughtful and down-to-earth explanation of what gelato is and how it differs from regular ice cream. His approach wasn’t pushy or salesy—just genuinely enthusiastic and proud of what they serve. Of course, we had to try it—and wow. Smooth, rich, and bursting with flavour. But what really impressed me was how the staff encouraged us to compare the gelato with their traditional ice cream by offering small tester spoons of both. It felt like they weren’t just selling dessert—they were helping us experience it. The flavours are out of this world, ranging from fun and funky to classic favourites. We loved the creativity, and the quality is top-notch. Plus, the shop is super conveniently located right by Northills Mall, making it a perfect treat stop after errands or a mall visit. Highly recommend this place—friendly service, an incredible selection, and truly memorable treats. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a flight of 6 delicious flavours. The mint chocolate was my favourite. The best chocolate mint I’ve ever had. It taste like a mixture of juicy fruit, spearmint, with chocolate chucks. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
